  • "Collaborator" reduces the time and effort required for Input work time

    You no longer need to allocate resources to enter the effort in the timesheet. When you add a user as a collaborator, the user's timesheet will View the project's work items in advance, allowing you to enter the effort immediately.

    Individual assignment work is reduced, and preparation man-hours can be reduced.

  • "Authority organization" provides cross-departmental authority collectively.

    When you assign a privilege organization to a member, the privileges apply to the projects and analyses associated with that privilege organization. You no longer need to add users individually for each project to grant permissions or change the organization to which the users belong.

    The man-hours required for granting and updating privileges across organizations can be reduced.

  • Freely set the initial value of "How to determine the field value"

    Enables you to specify default items for the "Value Determination" of each field in the Gantt Table.
    This eliminates the need to change the settings each time you create an item, and allows you to apply predefined formulas smoothly.

  • Efficient daily WBS editing

    Reduced the steps required to populate and view work items and update resource allocations, such as batch entry by drag-fill, copying link between work items, referencing and updating resource allocations through Excel, and direct editing and referencing of multi-line text on the Gantt table.
