Amid the rapid changes in work styles associated with telework, we chose our tools based primarily on the ability to understand each project's operations and make progress easily visible and the ability to collect accurate man-hours.
Among them, TimeTracker RX was superior on these points, and the team accepted it right after the trial period, so we decided to introduce it.

  Originally, we did not implement this system because it was difficult to calculate and visualize the man-hours of the members. Therefore, based on the actual man-hours, we were not able to keep track of the daily operating hours of each member and follow up on busy members.

  We decided to make it a rule that the person in charge of Items should write Information about ItemsProperties on ItemsProperties, and that the items to be filled in should also be on a fixed Type for InformationShare.
  Members who want to know information about an item can now look at the item properties to get the information they need. As a result, the problem of "information going somewhere or not being able to find it" has disappeared, and information sharing has become easier and more accurate.
• Custom fields allow us to manage profitability using not only member labor costs but also material, equipment, and other expenses. TimeTracker RX automatically aggregates cost by item as members enter their work time. We created custom fields for order value
  
  
  and for calculating and visualizing gross profit, providing profitability by item. We also created
  an Equipment Cost item so the total project cost, including materials and equipment,
  is aggregated in real time. This enables project profitability management without labor-intensive manual calculations.
