The content distribution business delivers dozens of content per day, and distribution that is faster than competitors affects revenue. However, the timing of distribution varies depending on the type of content, such as music distribution and weather forecast. Usually, personnel are allocated according to content, but the task was to allocate personnel appropriately according to the time of busy times and the amount of work.
I had this problem.
- ・Combined use of scheduling software and Excel makes it difficult to match data.
- ・Input work time and aggregation in Excel and elsewhere takes time
- ・After all, we rely on sensations and qualitative progress reports, and we cannot grasp the correct progress.

How to use
Centralized management of effort and scheduling with TimeTracker
Managing effort and scheduling has been centralized into TimeTracker from multi-tool use, such as Excel. At first, some members were reluctant to switch from familiar tools. However, with the ability to import schedules from Microsoft Project and to utilize the data-linkage function with Excel, the transition has been gradually accelerated, and all projects now use TimeTracker.

Scheduling multiple content deliveries uses the analyst's Gantt Chart feature to instantly track delays by listing multiple projects.
Understanding of load status by man-hours
When you review Gantt Chart of several projects and discover projects that are worried about delays, you are looking at the charts of Workload functions to identify the assigned workers and coordinate their staffing.

Easily grasp multiple content and adjust personnel
It is now possible to quickly grasp content that is likely to be delayed in delivery. Responding to this, we were able to provide early support by adjusting resources in consideration of the burden.
You can now see the delay of several projects in the alert View.
Improved accuracy of reporting data without burdening the site
TimeTracker not only allows the operator to enter the man-hour results with a simple operation, but also has a function to report the progress rate and the amount of results for each operation at the same time, making it possible for the operator to report the man-hour and the progress without burden on the site. The integration of tools has improved the accuracy of man-hours and progress data.
It is now possible to adjust resources after checking the load status with Cross-project.
Improvement of man-hours to visualize costs and develop accounting-auditing and JSOX methods
It has been two and a half years since its introduction, and Input work time has become firmly established, and its accuracy has increased. As a result, we have seen not only an accurate visualization of costs, but also a new effect that accounting audits recognize as a solid basis. Currently used as an indicator of internal-control in compliance with the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act (Japanese version of SOX Act).
